As a company registered for VAT (or equivalent where this is not possible) you have the opportunity to outsource the work routines in relation to international VAT refunds to Nikosax, and thus simplify your work.
Outsourcing entails several advantages for your company, but to put it shortly, it means that we, on your behalf, undertake to retrieve the VAT refunds from different countries.
The only precondition is that the VAT amounts must relate to costs, which you or your employees have had in relation to business purposes.
