Based on your need, number of vouchers and countries in which you wish to apply for VAT refunding, we will inform you of our conditions.
Upon acceptance you fill in and return customer contract and our power(s) of attorney (typically one for each country and each corporation) entitling us to handle your VAT application and on your behalf receive VAT refunds from the individual foreign authorities.
After this, you simply make continuous deliveries of your foreign original vouchers etc. - sorted or unsorted - we take care of the rest.
